Full reachability in the Real Lab

Hi All,

  If the answer is not Violating NDA,kindly let me know your comments.I have
heard much emphasis about full reachability in the real lab.Is full
reachability is always a requirement or do I have to assume even otherwise
asked for to get full reachability or it should be a question for the
proctor.Kindly let me know.
