Well, who exactly did you ask? I certainly haven't seen them.
Amazingly, the basics of technology haven't changed since 2002. So I
don't see an "old" question as being a bad thing, provided they didn't
pull Appletalk or something like that. ;)
It has nothing to do with being an instructor. It has to do with
understanding things. If you believe a vlan = subnet, and have
absolutely zero understanding beyond that, it's a problem. There are
plenty of ENGINEERS who know lots of things, and I'd venture to say
there are many people out there who know things that I do not. And
vice-versa.
