For the CCIE lab you initially don't get points off for doing things
that are prohibited in the first section, just when you solve this
different like static routing instead of IGP or BGP, you loose those.
I know for the JNCIE lab they specify how much points you loose per
static route :-) (I thought it was 1 per static)
