QoS Video pricing by service providers

Hi experts,
                 Can anyone tell as how streaming video traffic is
*priced*against voice traffic. For instance if a service provider's
link to a
customer has 50% voice and 50% streaming video, are both priced equally by
the service provider or is one is priced higher than the other?
