I recon that these two items would be the same price.
But you need to keep in mind that the amount of Voice traffic and the
ammount of voice traffic and the codecs used also have an impact on
the cost.
The costs are influenced by the speed and typr of technology you want.
So I think you have to be more specific with your question ... to
answer this question and also the answer will be different for the
different ISP4s
