2801 issue

Hello GS,

I have an issue with my 2801 router, it cannot boot to this mode:

Press RETURN to get started!

Can someone please help me and tell me what exactly to do. I intend to install
a new IOS on this router but since I cannot get to the privileged mode, how do
I do it.

Someone please help me with what to do, thanks in advance.
