That does not mean one did not go bad, remove them if that does not improve
the situation reload the IOS.

There is no new card installed on the router and I did a control + break it

I would remove any new cards you may have installed. If no new ones remove
them one at a time and try to boot to isolate the or if there is a bad card.
Fails? Try to reload the IOS and give that a shot. Don't see any mem errors
so
see what you get.
