ip ospf network type point-to-point on farme-relay

Hi All,

  I have a question on when we run ip ospf network type point-to-point on a
physical frame-relay interface.The question is,when the OSPF neighbor
adjacency comes up,the o/p of "show ip ospf neighbor" priority field shows
"0".I am assuming because since there is not a concept of DR/BDR on this
network type.Is this understanding right.

In one of my labworkbook output,I see the o/p had priority of 1 on the "show
ip ospf neighbor" for the above networktype and topology.So,I just want to
verify my understanding and hopefully not missing something basic.
