UDP Broadcast Management

I have one doubt in UDP Broadcast Management

This is my question

1)Configure helper-address on interface fas 0/1 of Router 1 to forward SNMP
trap to BB1

Solution.

On Router 1

interface fas 0/1
ip helper-address 150.2.1.254 (IP address of BB1)
ip directed-broadcast 102

access-list 102 permit udp any any eq snmptrap

My doubt is whether the following command is requird or not

(Global)#ip forward-protocol udp snmptrap
