I'm actually having the same problem. There is another command "no arp
frame-relay" that is supposed to disable frame-relay replies which is not
covered under the first command (sometimes I swear IOS was written by
ninja monkeys) but that didn't work either.
Frame Relay : expecting static .. why dynamic.
