generally "power inline auto|never" is present on port which has capability
to support this
Also as an alternative ; you can issue "show inline power"
Its actually power supply in chasis that is capable of supplying power + The
module shd be PoE : Both conditions shd be met
i.e chassis should be able to give AC+IP power and not AC only
