Hi Ismail,
Advertise - This is the Default option with area range command. This option
will advertise the summarised route to other OSPF routers.
Cost - The default cost for summarized route using "area range" command is
1. When you have 2 ABR, you can use this command to prefer one ABR to other.
Not-advertise - a filtering mechanism in OSPF which prevent a range of
routes to be advertised out of that area.
