Credit card -Visa payment

I just made a visa payment but didn't see a place to key in my
verification code. Exactly how does cisco want the numbers entered. My
visa card has the usual number on the fromnt and a code at the back
that most sites would separately ask for. the status is pending but id
hate for them to discard/reject it two days before the 90 day
deadline. has anyone paid by visa and what was the required format?
