you are true but THIS IS NOT THE CASE IN MOST OF THE CASES as a SECURITY
ENGINEER I came across to the BOQ regarding NAC profiler in which the NAC
profiler devices are being sold the customer (Cisco was invlove there : ) )
without Cisco Collector license : (
Cisco Dynamcic configuration tool did not show it, Cisco order placing
process did not catch it either (they are very catchy if you forget any
SMARTNET )

So bottom line yes you are correct only in very few implmentation cases
where you stuck and get some learning via TAC but if you are taking about
complete NETWORK Architect kind a job then even 5 and 7 years is nothing
CCIE is is kid in that sense

I am not undervaluing CCIE here
