Hi Anantha,
There are 2 ways of creating VLAN
1. Using VLAN database Mode
2. Using config mode
In 1st method it is stored in .dat file and not in running config.
In Transparent mode it do not care about VTP information. It just fwd the
VTP advertisement (VTP V2 only)
