Ajay,

There's a checkbox to enable per-user attributes under Interface
Configuration (I don't have an ACS server handy or I'd give you the steps).
If I can get access to one of our ACS servers today (i.e if they aren't
being used by customers) I'll flick you the exact sequence of steps.
