No option to enable user specific attribute (ACS)

Hi Experts,

In my ACS i do not see option to enable user specific attributes for RADIUS
under interface configuration, only option to enable group specific
attributes is shown. I am using ACS 4.1.

Any idea about why is it not showing check boxes for user specific
attributes ?
