TFTPDNLD on 2691 router

Hello Group Study,
i am trying to do a software recovery using tftpdnld on my 2691 router using
the procedure below:
 
rommon 1 > IP_ADDRESS=192.168.15.5
rommon 2 > IP_SUBNET_MASK=255.255.255.0
rommon 3 > DEFAULT_GATEWAY=192.168.15.4
rommon 4 > TFTP_SERVER=192.168.15.4
rommon 5 > TFTP_FILE=c2691-adventerprisek9_ivs-mz.124-15.T6.bin
rommon 6 > TFTP_CHECKSUM=0
rommon 7 > tftpdnld
monitor: command "tftpdnld" not found
 
Can someone help with this ?
