Static RP with bsr-border cmd

Hi All,

need some help with this config. Can the bsr-border command work with the
bsr-candidate config?

R8:
interface Serial1/0
* ip pim bsr-border*
 ip pim sparse-mode

interface FastEthernet0/0.89
 ip pim sparse-mode

ip pim rp-address 10.10.8.8

R9:
interface FastEthernet0/0.89
 ip pim sparse-mode

ip pim rp-address 10.10.8.8
