You can not initiated connection from outside to inside if dynamic NAT
is configured unless dynamic NAT with route-map + reversible option is used

Extendable entry (or with ports) allows create 2 static entries for the
same source local IP address

ip nat inside source static 10.1.1.1 200.2.2.2 extandable
ip nat inside source static 10.1.1.1 200.3.3.3 extandable
