Just out of curiosity, how many agents are intending on having live at any
time. That's going to be driving cost factor to consider. I assume you need
agent support based on your CUCC reference.

I have around 150 users who may use this system at this time. I just wanted
to get my self acquainted with the system and required items (devices+software
etc involved) before I reach any re-seller.

Maybe I don't understand quite right, but how are 20 users going to
fill up four PRIs?
Even with 50 users that assumes that this is a call center and they're
going to be on the phone 100% of the time? That makes more sense..
You can use CME on an ISR with more than 100 users. Something like a
3800 with some IP phones, DSPs, CUE, and VWICs would get you going.
This is more dependent on what type of redundancy and growth you're
planning on.
