Dheven,

Peers need to be configured under the same families. If this is a CE-PE
connection, use the IPv4 VRF on the PE (to CE). VPNv4 is an address family
type, it does not itself distinguish the type of router it is. A router that
has VPNv4 peers configured, may also have IPv4 and IPv4 VRF peers.
