Yeah, every time you get those emails and go off to work on it, Groupstudy
goes quiet for a few hours, Larry.

I, for one, am happiest when your customers stop doing stupid things so we

Scott has a good point. I get the network is down calls all day. I play
Columbo and find out that one user cannot open an email with a blobked
attachment. I love my job:-)
