Wat ive learned through my certification tracks is dat:

"Cisco's answer is the correct answer" ... so i believe whenever we atttempt
to answer those questions we shud keep Cisco's point of view in mind rather
than our own guesstimates....and that can only be done if one has studied
theory,doc cd nad blueprint extensively....

and since its not a 1 word answer, u hav got a fair chance to summarize the
concept correctly....IF .... u noe the theory!
