ip ospf database-filter all out

Hi,

The command "ip ospf database-filter all out" is supposed to filter all
LSA's out to an area one way !
But results seems to be different...?

R3 is connected to R4 via FR pt2pt subif and the command is applied,
The routing table shows IA from different area as well as others too
(omitted)
In short the command didnt make any difference in the RIB.

If anyone could help?
