RE: G.703 -> V.35 Compatibility

Service provider has provided a modem on one side where I have the V35
Interface. The other side there is no modem, just an RJ 45 going into my E1
Card.

Since there are two service providers the blame is being thrown around

Id like to advise have service provider provide this modem or it would be an
argue point of circuit down.
