Thanks for your responses.
Nexus vPC works fine with normal etherchannels, easily works in "on" or "Lacp" mode and brings the portchannel UP. Only the Layer 2 Port channels are allowed. Only 10GB physical interfaces are allowed. Needs keepalives to monitor the link.

VSS MEC also works fine with normal etherchannels, easily forms in "on" or "lacp" or "pagp" and brings the portchannel UP. Needs a protocol to monitor the DAD.

But my question is that is it possible to create an etherchannel link between 2 CAT6500 VSS with MEC and 2 NEXUS 7000 with vPC ?
Or in other way is MEC compatible with vPC?

Also something to keep in mind is that nexus only support LACP and not PaGP.

Yes, Nexus supports vPC's since 4.13. Current version on CCO is 4.1.4
and recomended.
