Hi Thameem,

Back2back frame-relay?

I assume you have configured encapsulations and dlci's ok, check if you have
'no keepalive' on both sides as you dont have LMI OR frame-relay switching
on one router together with frame-relay intf-type dce on the dce.

If that doesnt work, check show interface if you have all signals if the
above doesnt work or contact your rental company?
