the refrence is TC

the default tc is 125ms

so as per you input

the bc will be 560000*0.125=70000

as per the question you will answer if they didn't mention the tc I think
you can safely put the cir and the mincir

th router will calculate the bc itself, the minimum tc you can set in the
router is 10ms in the small routers

in 7200 I think you can put 0.04ms

CIR = Bc X 1000/Tc

Bc = CIR X Tc/1000
Tc = Bc/CIR X 1000

Be = (AR  CIR) X Tc/1000
