vlan dot1q tag native just means any untag frame will be tagg with the
native vlan header..
you problem is not because of that command nor should it fix it.
between you 2 switches you have a trunk, the native vlan on both side must
be the same:
sw tr vlan native 50 on both sides
double check this with 'sh int trunk'
