Beware, that the TAG field has to exist. So for OSPF for example, only LSA 5
and 7 can be tagged, but not LSA1,2,3,4, because these LSAs don't have a TAG
field.

Just like you can't SET COS when there is no 802.1Q tag, you can't set TAG
when there is no TAG FIELD.
