SP QoS - subinterface issue

Hi everyone,

I am trying to apply a frame-relay map on to a subinterface of a 7200 and it
keeps giving me 'I/f Serial2/0.12 DLCI 201 class EXP_3 requested bandwidth
1000 (kbps), available only 22 (kbps)'. I have configured the interface as
45M. Initially, I have TE configured on this interface. The head end TE
bandwidth is only 10M. But now I have removed it but still I keep on getting
this error. Is there any commands to check how much available bandwidth I
have on that interface?

Policy Map TO_P
    Class EXP_3
Bandwidth 1000 (kbps) Max Threshold 64 (packets)

map-class frame-relay FRTS
 no frame-relay adaptive-shaping
 frame-relay cir 45000
 service-policy output TO_P

interface Serial2/0.12 point-to-point
 bandwidth 45000
 ip address 100.1.12.1 255.255.255.0
 mpls traffic-eng tunnels
 mpls ip
 frame-relay interface-dlci 102
 ip rsvp bandwidth 15000

(config-subif)#frame-relay class FRTS
'I/f Serial2/0.12 DLCI 201 class EXP_3 requested bandwidth 1000 (kbps),
available only 22 (kbps)'

I try to add frame-relay class FRTS and error pops up.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Jay
