Sorry for the OT.

I would appreciate your views on Managing QoS and in the following
scenarios:

 - Automation of QoS deployment and per class performance monitoring in a
service provider MPLS network.

1. Have you used QPM and what are your views?

2. Other tools that you have used and are happy with them.
