I also had a chat with Bruce at Networkers. He told me that there is
not always a best solution. It depends on your answers, but other
times there IS a best solution.
They really want it to be a natural 'flow'. You are going up branches
of a tree and you don't know if it's the right branch you're on.

The passing rate is easily within the charts of any new CCIE track.
