Hi all,

I am a little confused with the directions on this command. The DocCD says it
is used to

*To control the rate a sender from the source list can send to a multicast
group in the group list, use the ip multicast rate-limit command in
interface configuration mode

*This means if i have a scenario
source-----fa0/0 R1 fa0/1 -------------------fa0/1 R2
fa0/1-------------Group-members.

if i am to limit bandwidth on R1 fa0/0 to the multicast group members, will
it be IP MULTICAST RATE-LIMIT IN OR IP MULTICAST RATE_LIMIT OUT ?

i feel its in.

Thanks
