For your reading pleasure...
Mens rea - As an element of criminal responsibility: a guilty mind; a
guilty or wrongful purpose; criminal intent. Guilty knowledge and
willfulness. United States v. Greenbaum
Actus reus - The "guilty act". A wrongful deed which renders the actor
criminally liable if combined with mens rea.
Opens a can of worms....most folks know about P4S et el, and know what that
their test questions are "really really really" close to the real deal. And
we all know that cheating isn't right, right? And since some of those test
questions are word for word..one has to wonder how they got
them.....theft??? Hummmm.
Time to shelve the old law books and get my routing book open.
