it sounds very similar to my first attempt. I did great on the core
topics and lost it on multicast and sec. I also had some time
management issues on the first lab.
i also used IPexpert and took a few weeks to go back and review the
specific topics i had problems with then a week before i went through
and did 3 mock labs. i feel like i was much better prepared for the
2nd attempt. My score didn't reflect it but that was due to
readjusting my strategy because of the time issue and that screwed me,
not the knowledge of the topics (at least thats what i blaim). so if
i had any advice for you i'd focus on the topics you messed up, go
back and redo the 'section 1' labs on the topics you had problems with
then a few days before the lab do some mock labs. if you feel like
you know the technology better don't adjust your strategy. i dont
think it matters what vendor you use, dont use the answer guide for
explanation, look it up on the doccd.
