Hey Raghav,
When you need to create a L2 Ether-Channel

1) Shut the ports down that will be bound to the Channel
2) shut the port-channel down
3) ensure that the port-channel and ports that are going to be bound will
carry the same vlans on the trunk and that the native vlan is the same on
both
4) once the Port-Channel is created, bind it to the interfaces and unshut
and it should work without issues.
