Etherchannel

Hi Experts,

I am getting the following Error message when I try to create Layer 2
Etherchannel..

cat-1(config-if-range)#channel-gr
cat-1(config-if-range)#channel-group 1 mode on
cat-1(config-if-range)#
01:32:31: %EC-5-CANNOT_BUNDLE2: Fa0/21 is not compatible with Po1 and
will be suspended (vlan mask is different)
01:32:31: %EC-5-CANNOT_BUNDLE2: Fa0/22 is not compatible with Po1 and
will be suspended (vlan mask is different)
01:32:32: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface
FastEthernet0/21, changed state to down
01:32:32: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface
FastEthernet0/22, changed state to down

There is no IP on the interfaces fa0/21and 22.

Can you please tell me whats wrong in this.
