6. area default-cost
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_2/iproute/command/reference/1rfospf.html#wp1017486

7. area range x.x.x.x y.y.y.y cost
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_2/iproute/command/reference/1rfospf.html#wp1017596

8. compatible rfc1583
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_2/iproute/command/reference/1rfospf.html#wp1048306

9. bandwidth keyword on the interface :) But that I will count as "auto-cost
reference-bw". So not 9, but 8. And you can also maybe combine 4 and 5.

such list would require order of preference as well, when multiple commands
are entered.

I think for neighbor on multipoint networks:
1. neighbor cost
2. ip ospf cost
3. auto cost

For neighbor on other networks:
1. ip ospf cost
2. auto cost

For summary networks:
1. area range cost
2. compatible rfc1583

For NSSA/STUB
1. area default-cost

For redistributed networks
1. route-map
2. redistribution key-word

Am I correct? Anything else that can change cost?
