changing ospf cost

I need a sanity check here. I am working on OSPF and looking for all ways
to change cost, I have found 5 i think...

Can change cost by

   1. (router)# auto-cost reference-bandwidth xx
   2. (router)# neighbor x.x.x.x cost xx
   3. (-if)# ip ospf cost xx
   4. route-map
   5. redistribution

NOTE: for #2 to work on the neighbor all interfaces need to be
point-to-multipoint

Have I missed any other ways?
