We are talking about averages here not the extremes :)

Your figure about those exceptional salaries are correct AFAIK.

Do you really think four dumps are worth 16K? (If the guy gave the composite
paper then just 3 dumps lolz).
It depends on your experience/other certications/contacts/luck/interview day
and sometimes even anguage skills (Arabic) and the grace of God.
