RE: sleepless before lab exam

Exercise, eat right, and DO NOT take a sleeping pill the night before
the exam. There are some OTC sleeping pills which are okay, but
probably not as good as what your doctor could prescribe you. I would
have suggested taking a couple sleeping pills a few nights in a row a
week or so ago, but I think it's a bit late for that. Study hard, sleep
tight, and good luck.

ok ... it got so serious now, so putting it on GS

my date is Oct 21.. and i sleep in the daytime and wake up at
nightnight....

ive tried to adjust my biological clock since the begnning of this month
with now hope....

I know myself pretty well.. i perform superior right after my wakeup
time..
and do pretty bad when i feel sleepy or exhousted....

iv tried the classical method which is keeping awake till death.. and
sleep
till death!!... but STRANGE enough it didnt work ...ive tried multiple
times
and the most i could sleep is 5 hours !!! ( i need 10.5 btw)

so, to make it clear.. what makes me not to sleep is NOT nervusness...
