yeah, i take sleeping pills, but it took awhile before I knew when the right
time to take them was. you want to take them 9-10 hours before you plan on
waking up. For me, if I need to wake up at 7, i take 1 or 1 and half at 7 or
8 the night before. Maybe you could find some relaxing music and put the
headphones on. sometimes i listen to that ambience crap or music soundtrack
(not the songs, just the sounds, traffic environment, etc). good luck
