Can someone help me with this?

I am trying to create filter for all routes going form R6 to BB3 with these command but it is not working.

Under router eigrp 100:
distribute-list prefix TO_BB3 out fa1/0 (fa1/0 goes to BB3)

under config mode
ip prefix TO_BB3 seq 5 deny 0.0.0.0/0 le 32 (this should catch all route out to BB3 right?)
