Hi,

LOL, ok sorry bout that.

When we have an OSPF network and we redistribute a loopback 0 using
redistribute connected into OSPF say.

We want the other OSPF routers to see this route with a metric on 20. We are
also going OSPF authentication between some connections and some connections
are null authenticated.

Now on the router that is redistributing connected (loopback 0 say), we can
use a route-map to set metric to 20, but why would I want to set the metric
type to 2. The default metric type is already 2. This is the bit that I am
confused about.
