If it is caught by Cisco, his/her CCIE number can be canceled.
Unless you work for them, you can not be registered for other company.

I'm really wondering why he/she pursue CCIE even if he/she wants to
stick with company, who doesn't require CCIE.
Just for his/her personal interest ?
They he/she should stop from there.
I think it's not just for CCIE, it apply for all certification for this
kind of behavior.
Not working for them, but borrowing certification for their business by
collecting money?
I don't know about India, but most country ban for those activity.
