You're looking at the Blueprint for the written exam! :)
If you look at the blueprint for the lab exam and the equipment/IOS versions
page, I think you'll see the answers for your own questions there.
IPv6 was talked about at Networkers, but as of yet there is still no
OFFICIAL announcement and timeframe, so I wouldn't spend time worrying until
it shows up on the blueprint (for the lab!).

Subject: CCIE SP Questions
Hi
I see on the CCIE SP blueprint that POS interfaces are mentioned, however in
all the practice lab material I have ie Internetwork Expert, IP Expert etc
there is no mention or configuration of POS interface's.
I know how to configure etc POS interfaces but just wondering what the
chances are that I will get a question related to that in the Lab ?
Also another thing is that in the Blueprint they mention GMPLS now as far as
I am aware GMPLS is only supported in IOS XR, so doubt I could get a
question on that one.
Same thing with Metro Ethernet and 802.1QinQ.
The one thing I am unsure of though is IPV6, is there a possibility that
they will ask something related to IPV6 in the lab ?
