I don't see the summary-address statement under ospf in the config below in
mail trail. 2nd why do we need the 2nd statment in below prefix. I guess
it's by defualt implicit deny everything else.
ip prefix-list SUMMARY seq 5 permit 77.0.0.0/8
ip prefix-list SUMMARY seq 10 deny 0.0.0.0/0 le 32
