IPMA regarding query..

I have this IPMA setup configured .. all working fine except when i press
Intercpt key on the manager phone it flashes a text message saying "That
key is not active here" . Request if some body can flash a light on that.

Manager Line is in manager psrtition and have CSS having IPMA and Everyone
partition

and on Assistant phone Proxy line is in Everyone partition and have CSS
which contains manager and everyone partition.
